Arjun Putcha will be graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in May 2022 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. His specialization is in rehabilitation engineering and biosignals/bioimaging. He is pursuing minors in Neuroscience, Sports Science, and Statistics.
Arjun’s favorite part of lab is having the freedom to explore one’s interests. Arjun was able to do this through his passion for statistics.
His favorite lab memory was from the first day he started running behavioral tests on mice.
Arjun’s interests outside of the lab deal with applications of machine learning in medical imaging, biosensors, and adaptive prosthetics.
He is currently working on creating a data pipeline to analyze mice data for the Wirehang Project.
