Emily Stutheit

Emily Stutheit will be graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in May 2022 with a B.S. in Biology.

Her favorite part about lab is learning new techniques and how, with practice, you can really carve out a role in lab. Emily didn’t think she’d have the opportunity in college to do such immersive work.

Her favorite lab memory is a late night working with one of our graduate students Kaitlan. After culturing stem cells they ended the night with pizza.

Outside of lab Emily is an RA, doula at UNC Women’s Hospital, and SI for anatomy & physiology. For fun you can find her running around campus.
