Nev Duruman

Nev Duruman is planning to graduate from UNC Chapel Hill in May 2022 with a degree in Biology.

His favorite part about the lab is having people there that always put him in a good mood, as well as knowing that everyone in the lab is contributing to science.

Nev’s favorite lab memory was from when he ear notched and tailed mice while having extremely shaky hands.

In Nev’s free time, he enjoys playing intermural sports such as soccer. He is also getting into anime.

Nev’s role in the lab mostly deals with handling mice. More recently, he has been working more closely with our fetal mortality study.
